TERMS & CONDITIONS
Hello and welcome to 10Alytics! We are dedicated to giving you the greatest learning experience possible, and we want to make sure you are aware of all the terms and conditions that come with taking part in our program.
As a participant in our training program, please update yourself on the policies and procedures outlined in this document. Please carefully read and comprehend these terms and conditions before starting your training.
By participating in our training program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, and we expect that you will do so in a respectful and professional manner. We look forward to working with you and helping you to achieve your goals.
Our goal at 10Alytics is to offer each and every one of our students top-notch training services. But we acknowledge that there are situations when a refund/deferment may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances that may prevent an individual from attending a scheduled training program.
A. Removal/Access Restriction Policy for 10Alytics
Participants in any of the training program will be discontinued from taking part in any of the cohort trainings and access restricted under the following circumstances:
- Installment Payment: All installment agreements must be honoured. All participants are required to make installment payments on or before their agreed installment date. If ability to meet the agreed date is impaired, a mail must be sent to accounts@10alytics.io to agree on a compromise to payments. However, this mail must be received before installment date in order to be considered by the finance team.
- Failure to make Installment Payment: Failure to make payment on or before monthly final installment date will result in your profile being flagged for immediate removal. A grace period of seven (7) days will be provided from the monthly final installment date. After which said participants will be removed from all 10Alytics platforms.
- Attendance: Students are expected to attend all sessions of the training program. Attendance is solely the responsibility of the participants and not 10Alytics. If a student misses a session, they will be required to make up the material covered in that session before continuing with the program. If a participant misses multiple sessions without a valid reason, they will be removed from the program WITHOUT a Refund. Only access to training materials will be provided.
- Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the training program. If a student engages in disruptive or disrespectful behavior, they may be given a warning. If the behavior continues, they will be removed from the program without refund.
B. Program Switching Policy for 10Alytics
This section of the policy aims to maintain the integrity of the training programmes while also allowing students the opportunity to make informed decisions about their career paths.:
- Once a student has enrolled in a training programme, they may request to switch to another programme within the same cohort ONLY once during their training period at the firm.
- Students must fill the 10Alytics Switching Form at least 10 business days before the start of the training program but not beyond 2 weeks into the training program.
- Switching programmes may ONLY occur within the same cohort and must take place before two weeks into the training programme.
- 10Alytics reserves the right to deny a request to switch programmes based on factors such as limited availability of spaces or insufficient qualifications of the student (such as exceeding the switching limit of one).
- Students who have switched programmes are NOT eligible to switch back to their original programme.
- Any subsequent switch requests will lead to a re-enrollment fee at the discretion of 10Alytics. Please send an email to accounts@10alytics.org.
C. Refund Policy for 10Alytics
We have devised the following refund policy to make sure that everything is done fairly and openly for parties involved:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start of the training program will receive a full refund.

- Refunds for training programs that have already started will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining training fees.
- 10Alytics is not liable for non-attendance of the cohort by a participant. As a result, refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. The participant has up to 2 weeks after the commencement of the cohort to defer otherwise, the payment already made is deemed utilised.
- In the event that 10Alytics cancels a training program, clients will receive a full refund.
- Once the refund request has been received via email to 10Alytics accounts@10alytics.io and reviewed, our customer service team will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

D. Deferment Policy for 10Alytics
This deferment policy has been created to provide participants with the opportunity to defer their enrollment in a training program for a future date.
Deferment Criteria:
The deferment of a training program enrollment may be approved under the following circumstances:
- Health reasons: In the event of a medical emergency or an illness, a participant may defer their enrollment to a future training program. A medical certificate or doctor’s note may be required as proof.
- Personal circumstances: Personal circumstances such as bereavement, family emergencies, or work-related issues may also be considered as valid reasons for deferment.
- Change in employment: If a participant’s employment changes and they are unable to attend the training program, they may defer their enrollment to a future training program.
Procedure for Deferment:
- Request for deferment: Students must fill the 10Alytics Deferment Form at least 10 business days before the start of the training program but not beyond 2 weeks into the training program. The request must include the reason for deferment and preferred dates for a future training program.
- Approval or rejection of deferment request: 10Alytics will review the request for deferment and will inform the participant of the decision within 7 business days. If the deferment request is approved, 10Alytics will provide the participant with a new enrollment date for a future training program.
- Limitation on deferment: Participants cannot defer more than 3 months in advance. Participants may defer their enrollment once only. Any further requests for deferment will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be approved. Any deferment beyond 3 months or more than once will be liable to a re-enrollment fee.
- Re-enrollment fee: Participants who defer their enrollment more than once and/or beyond 3 months and up to 5 months in advance will be required to pay a re-enrollment fee equal to 30% of the current training program full fee for every further re-enrollment. The re-enrollment fee must be paid before the participant can re-enroll in a future training program.
- Timeline: The re-enrollment fee of 30% is applicable only up to 5 months of initial enrollment. Any re-enrollment request for cohorts beyond 5 months will be treated as a new enrollment.
E. Growth Internship Enrollment Policy for 10Alytics
Internships after 10Alytics training is intended to be resumed immediately after completion of Capstone Project.
As Internships are performed within our sister company - Amdari Inc, all deferments for Amdari Internships will not be handled within 10Alytics but within Amdari.
Please contact participant.relations@amdari.io for more information on deferments.
F. 10Alytics References
The training contract with 10Alytics participants becomes effective at the start of the cohort. Please note that references will be provided only after participants have completed one month of the program, and not before. Please mail hr@10alytics.io for references.
NOTE: All 10Alytics training program fees are Tax exclusive.
Conclusion
This policy has been created to provide participants with the opportunity to defer their enrollment in a training program for a future date and request for a refund if life presents unexpected challenges. 10Alytics will review each deferment request on a case-by-case basis and will make a decision based on the information provided by the participant.
This policy is subject to change at any time, and students will be notified of any changes in writing. If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
